The first public relations example I found was in 'Seven Days.' It is a write up advertising a hypnosis act. It gives a good review of Justin James (the preformer) and gives a back ground on where he has been and what he has done, as well as the upcoming events.
Another example of PR I found was located in the New York Times. It is entitled "'Hope for Haiti' Takes in $57 million." It describes how well the event did to take in money for the Haiti disaster. It is PR because it came from the desk of George Clooney's PR person desk, telling the result of his telethon. It is written to make sure Clooney gets the credit for this even as well as other celebs.
The last piece of PR I found was in the Burlington Free Press. It was entitled "Volunteer of the Week:David Evans," this piece clearly came from the desk of the United Way's PR person. It is designed to get the word out and make people realize what the United Way is all about.
